Carrie Underwood Named CMT Artist of the Year Again

"I've railed for years, since I had no energy, compared to the machine. You have 1,500 people vote and they all have plans," says Toby Keith, 49, winner Video Visionary of the Year Award. "If you had the biggest year, ticket sales, album sales, radio play and get off at the award shows because of the agenda items so fans are like, I do not understand, and it removes the credibility of the organization."
